 As a life-long dancer, Maya's massage practice is informed by her passion and curiosity for the movement of the body and its relationship to space. Maya’s mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies so they can move through the world with greater ease and confidence.

 

Her trauma-informed care is both grounding and deeply connective. She also has a special interest in supporting clients through the birthing process, honoring the miraculous transformation it brings.Outside of bodywork, Maya teaches family dance classes at the Woodstock Community Center. She loves bringing communities together and creating safer spaces through movement. You can often find her at fusion dance nights. She also enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and jumping on the trampoline.
